Ian Schneller is a cybersecurity advisor and former Global CISO at Marriott International and CISO of Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), one of the largest health insurers in the United States, where he oversaw cybersecurity for more than 20 million members. With over 30 years of experience, Ian has held senior executive roles including commanding cyber operations in the U.S. Air Force, advising on national defense strategy at U.S. Cyber Command and the National Security Agency, and serving as CISO at RealPage. His expertise spans cyber threat intelligence, incident response, policy, and compliance. Ian is a frequent speaker at RSA and FS-ISAC, and has shaped national cyber policy through collaboration with Congress and defense leaders.
