Bob Maley

Bob Maley is the Chief Security Officer at Black Kite, where he leads the company's security program and third-party cyber risk management strategy. His career spans nearly five decades, beginning in law enforcement and moving through forensics and enterprise risk leadership. He built PayPal's Global Third-Party Security & Inspections program from the ground up and served as the first CISO for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. A CSO of the Year finalist by SC Magazine, he serves on the Shared Assessments Advisory Board and Risk Committee and co-chairs its AI & Emerging Technology Working Group. He is the author of several books, including Unleashing the Power of the OODA Loop in Cybersecurity.
